WELSH RAREBIT  Cheesy sauce with sautéed leeks, mustard & RHB Ale melted onto rye sourdough

STOEMP CAKES  Crispy fried cakes of classic Belgian mashed potato & veggies served w homemade mayonnaise

LAMB KOFTAS Mildly spiced lamb kofta with a roast tomato sauce

BEETROOT & ORANGE CURED SALMON 

House cured salmon served on Main Ridge dairy goats curd mousse & a beetroot, orange & pea shoot salad

DUCK & CHERRIES  
Potted confit duck, topped with housemade Red Hill cherry jelly & pickled cherries served w melba toast

CRAB WONTON  

Crab meat salad with crispy wonton skins, aromatic & spicy green curry & a chilli jelly

LOCAL MUSSELS 
Dromana Bay local mussels, Belgian style w celery & wheat beer in creamy sauce and a wedge of organic peasant grain bread

PLOUGHMANS PLATTER
Smoked ham hock press, pork pie, organic tomato chutney, boiled egg, house pickles, vintage cheddar & a wedge of organic wholegrain bread

VEGETABLE CRUMBLE
A seasonal selection of locally grown vegetables with Main Ridge Dairy goats cheese & walnut crust

 

MAIN MEALS ($26-$28)

OCEAN TROUT
Pan roasted fillet ocean trout on a potato rosti, peas, beans & broad beans and a buttery wheat beer sauce

STEAK SANDWICH
Black Angus grass fed porterhouse, marinated in ale w tomatoes, spinach, bacon, red onion jam,
housemade chutney, on a Lievito organic bun. Served roast herbed chats

PORK BELLY
Twice cooked pork belly with housemade apple sauerkraut and local beetroots roasted puree

KIDS: Stoemp (Potato fritters) with tomato sauce or Cheese toastie

FAQs

* Bookings are required for lunch. The cafe is small & on weekends is often full. So give us a call, even on your way, to set a table aside for you 03 5989 2959

* The majority of bookings are available at either 12noon or 2pm, particularly for parties of 6+

* Groups of 10+ must confirm bookings by providing credit card details as a guarantee against no-shows. Any failure to provide details means the booking is not confirmed.

* Meals are served 12noon until 4pm

* We also serve 100% locally grown wines and ciders plus a range of soft drinks and tea and coffee

* Groups must book 03 5989 2959. No groups travelling by coach are permitted. Only small groups can be accommodated and bookings are necessary

* Children are welcome, we have high chairs, two kids meals and colouring in. They must remain seated and under adult supervision, there is no outdoor play areas.

* Dogs : Not allowed

*The brewery is easily visible through open doors and windows. There are no tours available due to no safe spaces for the public whilst in operation.
