Brewed for the members of our Brewer’s Secret Stash Beer Club, Consecrator Doppelbock is breed in homage to the Bavarian monks who sustained themselves through fasting by brewing and drinking strong, nourishing beer. Malt-forward, with a gentle toast aroma and sweet dark fruit character, this Doppelbock is patiently lagered, has a dark malt intensity, smooth warmth and a contemplative, sacramental finish. A dark holy nectar.
