The crew of Jack’s Canteen – the team from the renowned Jack Frost Restaurant Mt Hotham ski resort, have hit the beach (and the Brews) for summer, from November with an exciting new menu to complement the Red Hill Brews!
Jack’s menu will feature a few of their iconic dishes with a brewhouse twist
* “Let it Rip” beer-battered Flathead Tacos with Jack’s Mescal spiked slaw
* Scotch Ale Bratwurst with caramelised onions & caraway seeded mustard
* The all time favourite Brewery Platter of delicious meats.
The Red Hill Brewery bar and Jack’s Canteen is open every Thursday – Sunday 11am-6pm plus more on public holidays and summer.
Meals are served every open day from 11am Opening to 6pm Closing and there are always Happy Hour specials and bar snacks anytime

Bookings are not needed. All welcome anytime for drinks, meals or takeaways.
You can drink all our beers at the bar, or get takeaways, or order beers online for pickup or delivery.

GROUPS
Privately organised groups or tours are welcome to the Red Hill Brewery with bookings only. Up to around 20ppl is the most we can take. And you must be more than 10 to make a booking. All the info is on our groups page, please have a read.
