Red Hill Brewery beers are made hands-on in small batches (800lt) with passion and skill

We have a lineup of 6 beers that are available all year round. This range of year round beers includes;

Kolsch/Golden Ale, Pilsner, Wheat Beer, Scotch Ale plus our two sessionable brews that are new to cans in 2018, The Rip Pale pacific ale and the East Coast IPA session IPA.

We are renowned for our range of seasonal releases. Often challenging styles, satiating the craft beer lover, yet still philosophically highly drinkable!!

Throughout the year we we love to experiment and its not unusual for us to make more than 20 different styles in one year.  There is always something new we are working on, such as our double barrel range. This range is wood aged using an oak barrel from a local winery, soaking spirits into the wood and ageing the beer in it. We also produce Real Ales, dry hopping and cask conditioning, served direct from the casks using the handpump in the traditional manner.

Featuring local produce is another regular highlight such as truffles, cherries, honey in mead and braggots and apples for cider, all get a brew during the year!
