After 21 Years we are taking some time off. Kaz and Dave are planning to take a small holiday.  The winter months are often particularly quiet time for the bar, so its a great time to take a Break.  Rest assured that our normal business continues, with online ordering, wholesale sales to bottleshops, bars and restaurants on the Mornington Peninsula and beyond continuing as usual.

All our brewing production is continuing as normal.

We are looking forward to this break and hope to return refreshed with some exciting events and beers to share in Winter …. Imperial Stout anyone? #nowbrewing

We have already hosted a fun winter event, over the Kings Birthday Long Weekend, with Greek Feast BBQ and the launch of Pancho Mole Imperial Stout, and upcoming in July will be a dark beer special event weekend. So sign up to our emails or follow the socials to hear the latest news on the special open events.

In Red Hill and need your beer? Be sure to swing into the awesome Cellar & Pantry, just 1 minutes drive away, open daily until at least 6pm, with all our beers stocked in their fridges and shelves for you.

Out now in cans and on tap this Spring…. A Crazy American Lost in Belgium. A formidable beer, a strong, understated Belgian. Then BOOM this crazy American influence has invaded the brewhouse and dangerously hopped this beer with massive takes of US style hops. Its exaggerated, dangerous, bold, arrogant and definitely CRAZY

Summer is here and we are ready for beer!  We also have regular Happy Hours and a neat list of other bevvies, beautiful local wines, Limoncello and raspberry spritzs, Infused Gin with local ingredients – Rocky Creek Berry Gin and even a stunning single malt whisky by Chiefs Son Distillery. And of course our usual beer-friendly food, highlights are the Spicy Chicken Wings, Loaded Fries, Nachos, KFC Burger and Mexican Rice Bowls. Plenty of flexible options for veggos, vegans and Coeliac.

Every Sunday from 1130am Available All Day.

$59 per person.  Or add All Da Drinks for just $20 ($79 total)

Minimum 2 people, from 11.30am until 5.30pm Sundays .  90 Minutes of Bottomless Drinks

4-5 small plates to share between 2 people, example current menu (subject ot change) includes:

The Head Brewer David Golding will host sessions of guided vertical tastings over the weekend. Delving into his cellars to share rarities from the past decade, a special feature on Stouts.
