Here in Red Hill, we have been brewing the finest of German styles for 2 decades!

Kölsch, the soft classic Golden Ale of Cologne
Pils, the ultimate German cleanser
Hefeweizen, the OG of hazy brews, adored by Bavarians for its funky yeast aromatics
Weizenbock!!! The tall dark German, a special FRESH brew of this special treat!!!
Beer friendly food, including Brats & Pretzels available all day and the beers will be available on tap during the week

2 sittings … 1145am or 2pm

$49 per adult.

For starters 2 dishes to share on arrival, selection of housemade Mexican style dips & salsas w Cornchips Plus our tasty Cheesy Poppers with Aioli.

Mains is a shared feast board, with Buffalo Chicken Wings, Memphis Brisket, Smoky Pulled Pork, all served with sides of Mexican rice, slaw plus pickles and sauces

Complementary pot of beer for every Dad on arrival

All kids attending have an option for a $25 kids meal, choice of simple chicken burger, chicken & chips, or bowls of chips, plus a can of soft drink. A booking is required for every child at the table at a minimum of $25 each.

  • Selection of starters, plus Shared Feast of low n slow meats with side dishes.
  • All Children attending (12 and under) are included in the kids meal option of Chicken Burger, Chicken and Chips, or a basket of fries, and a can of soft drink. Kids Can also share from the same Feast with adults if preferred for $25 also.
  • Please choose your preferred time for Fathers Day lunch sitting. 1145-145pm or 2-4pm NOTE: Waitlist/enquiry only. Good weather will allow more bookings Sat 6th Aug also available.

Will You Find the Brewer’s Secret Stash???   Our Annual Festival of Our Beer is Back

The Head Brewer David Golding will host sessions of guided vertical tastings over the weekend. Delving into his cellars to share rarities from the past decade, a special feature on Stouts, with a very special release of a whisky barrel aged Imperial Stout, a collaboration with Chiefs Son Distillery, who are joining us for a special tasting event.

SPECIAL BEER & WHISKY TASTING SAT 3PM

Join the crews from Red Hill Brewery and Chiefs Son Distillery in a guided tasting of Imperial Stout and Whisky.  Dave will take your through this years Imperial Stout, share the new collab brew with Chiefs Son Distillery, which is the Pancho Mole Imperial Stout aged in a whisky barrel.

The whisky will also be included to experience the original flavours and how they developed into the barrel and the beer. With whisky tastings to match the beers with the Chiefs Son Distillers.

This brew is being launched as part of the Brewer’s Secret Stash Weekend 16th & 17th August and the tastings are Saturday 16th August at 3pm.

Featuring a unique 650ml tall bottle with the whisky barrel aged Imperial Stout available at this event.
