A $100 gift voucher for an amazing Jack’s Canteen experience is being awarded to one lucky person. The voucher is valid for use at Jack’s Canteen before 30/4/24 on any food, beer or drinks of choice at the venue.

Discover the laid-back charm of Jack’s Canteen, an extension of the beloved Jack Frost Restaurant at Mt Hotham.

As the sun sets behind the gum trees, the space transforms into a serene haven, inviting you to savor the twilight hours with early dinners (kitchen open all day from 11am to 7pm) cool vibes, a beer in hand, and the comfort of good company.
The new offering also extends beyond craft beers, and Jack’s famous cocktails are proving a welcomed addition to brewery visitors who may otherwise have sipped soft drinks – as well as a large range of wines to ensure everyone finds something to enjoy.
Meet the heart and soul of Jack’s Canteen – Sarah, Lisa, and Sean. These friendly faces from Hotham now welcome and serve you at Red Hill South.
If you have an up-and-coming celebration or special occasion, they welcome your enquiry – they’ll ensure that the food, beverage and fantastic service helps shape your perfect relaxed function or private event.
Join them as they open the shop, bar & kitchen from 11 am to 7 pm, Thursday to Sunday, for lunch and dinner.
