Summer is here and we are ready for beer!  We also have regular Happy Hours and a neat list of other bevvies, beautiful local wines, Limoncello and raspberry spritzs, Infused Gin with local ingredients – Rocky Creek Berry Gin and even a stunning single malt whisky by Chiefs Son Distillery. And of course our usual beer-friendly food, highlights are the Spicy Chicken Wings, Loaded Fries, Nachos, KFC Burger and Mexican Rice Bowls. Plenty of flexible options for veggos, vegans and Coeliac.

Dec/Jan usual hours are Thu-Mon 11am – 7pm

BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH AT THE BREWERY

Every Sunday from 1130am Available All Day.

$59 per person.  Or add All Da Drinks for just $20 ($79 total)

Minimum 2 people, from 11.30am until 5.30pm Sundays .  90 Minutes of Bottomless Drinks

4-5 small plates to share between 2 people, example current menu (subject ot change) includes:

*Basket of Smoky Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings
*Basket of Calamari & Fries with lemon and aoili

Included drinks for 90 minutes are basic core range beers on tap, plus house wine, basic spritz (raspberry /limoncello), soft drinks

Jack Frost Hits the Beach (and the Brews) at Red Hill Brewery, Starts Thursday 2nd Nov with $1 wings and an exciting new menu!

Wander in over the long weekend and meet the crew of Jack’s Canteen – the team from the renowned Jack Frost Restaurant Mt Hotham ski resort, hit the beach (and the Brews) kicking off this Thursday and Friday from 11am-7pm with $1 Wings and a new menu to compliment Red Hill Brewery!

Jack’s menu will feature a few of their iconic dishes with a brewhouse twist
* “Let it Rip” beer-battered Flathead Tacos with Jack’s Mescal spiked slaw
* Scotch Ale Bratwurst with caramelised onions & caraway seeded mustard
* The all time favour Brewery Platter of delicious meats.

Trading 11am – 7pm Thursday to Monday this long weekend.

OKTOBERFEST SPECIALTY MIXED CRAFT BEER PACK WITH BEER GLASS

BIG SMOKE 7.5%– Rauchbock, brewed for the members of our Secret Stash Beer Club, Big & Smoky, this Rauchbock uses lager yeast & a cool long ferment to create an iconic Bamberg classic smoked strong bock. The first sip of a smoked beer can be a little unusual, but it only takes until the second sip to start to enjoy the complexity of the malt driven flavours that bring the comforting flavours of smoky bacon and campfire to your mouth.

KOLSCH 5% – Our famous Golden Ale, brewed in the style of the true Kolsch from Cologne, a real easy drinker

HEFEWEIZEN 5% – the traditional Bavarian Weizen, Wheat Beer, with the amazing yeast and cloudiness the style is renowned for

PILSNER 5.2% – An iconic clean Lager, boosted with a malty flavour and an extra infusion of hops

Gold Medals all round for Red Hill Brewery this awards season. Our Imperial Stout yet again, for another year has blitzed the AIBAs and Indies awards with Gold Medals. Making this undoubtedly the best beer made on the Mornington Peninsula, earning Gold medals in possible more than 15years!!
And one of the most consistently awarded in Australia.

Scotch Ale nailed silver medals and we were quietly very very stoked to see a silver for our Rip Pale – our cheeky little Pacific Ale in a can.

All beers entered won medals for the 2022 awards. An amazing result for a small, authentic craft brewery that has great passion for the creation of beautiful brews all made 100% by us, at Red Hill in our own Brewery. Cheers to that

New Beer, our first for this year!

The Brewers’ Rhapsody, the original Bohemian Pilsner. Back from our library of hits, this Pilsner has never missed a beat, pumped up to 11 with Bohemian Pilsner malt and Lashings of Saaz hops, you too will be in rhapsody when you feel the edges of your mouth go up after just one sip.

Packed in sleek black 355ml cans the Fandango Bohemian Pilsner is an annual specialty release. This version features art by Melbourne Ale cartoonist Matt Golding with an illustration of how you feel when you are drinking these beer!!!
