BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH AT THE BREWERY  SUMMER SESSIONS

Every Sunday over summer (excluding Aust Day)
Available All Day.

$59 per person.  Or add All Da Drinks for just $20 ($79 total)

Minimum 2 people, from 11.30am until 5.30pm Sundays .  90 Minutes of Bottomless Drinks

4-5 small plates to share between 2 people, example current menu (subject ot change) includes:

*Basket of Smoky Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings

Included drinks for 90 minutes are basic core range beers on tap, plus house wine, basic spritz (raspberry /limoncello), soft drinks

All Da Drinks for an extra $20pp includes specialty and seasonal/strong beers on tap, festive/speciality spritzs and cocktails

  • Each booking is 90minutes of Bottomless. You can arrive earlier or stay later but your table may be required and regular pricing commences at the end of your 90min. There is plenty of standing and bar space to continue to enjoy the day.

BIG SMOKE 7.5%– Rauchbock, brewed for the members of our Secret Stash Beer Club, Big & Smoky, this Rauchbock uses lager yeast & a cool long ferment to create an iconic Bamberg classic smoked strong bock. The first sip of a smoked beer can be a little unusual, but it only takes until the second sip to start to enjoy the complexity of the malt driven flavours that bring the comforting flavours of smoky bacon and campfire to your mouth.

KOLSCH 5% – Our famous Golden Ale, brewed in the style of the true Kolsch from Cologne, a real easy drinker

HEFEWEIZEN 5% – the traditional Bavarian Weizen, Wheat Beer, with the amazing yeast and cloudiness the style is renowned for

PILSNER 5.2% – An iconic clean Lager, boosted with a malty flavour and an extra infusion of hops

Launch of Imperial Stout

Sat 26th and Sun 27th June 11am – 6pm both days. Free Entry, No Bookings.

We are launching this years Imperial Stout on the Winter’s Solstice in a medieval weekend of brews and barbecue.
Special guests Bigger Than Texas are in residence with the pit smoker to burn the fires all weekend.
Beer tastings, brewery tours, and smoker demos will be happening all weekend.
Ribs and brisket will feed you whilst Imperial Stout will fuel you.
This years Imperial Stout is out in cans, and we launch it on tap at this special event, this beer is the 2021 Gold Medal Winner at the AIBA Beer Awards, best Imperial Stout
We have decades of this brew in the cellar so expect to taste a few vintages over the weekend, with special paddles of dark beers and Imperial Stout vintages on tap.

A unique tasting session will be held in the brewery with Dave Golding with a ticketed vertical tasting Tickets Sat and Sun.

This specialty brew is a tribute to our crews of Hop Pickers that join us every season to help pick all the hops on the farm. This year, they contributed to this beer by loading fresh hops straight into this ESB brew. It created a beautiful, malty hoppy ESB after an extended conditioning time.

Next this brew was dry hopped, again, with our own hops, using the Hop Rocket, that was loaded up and pumped another mountain of our hops through this beer lifting the malty ESB to new hoppy heights.

Eight breweries on the Mornington Peninsula have rallied together to brew a very limited edition, easy drinking ale.
Campfire Pale Ale is a collaboration effort by local breweries Red Hill, Jetty Road, Mr. Banks, Mornington Peninsula, St Andrews Beach, Dainton, Hickinbotham of Dromana and Smart Brothers Brewing.
The Campfire Pale Ale brew was held at Red Hill Brewery with the generous support of Cryer Malt who supplied the raw materials, and Pakcan who donated the cans, boxes and labour to get it into packaging.
Red Hill Brewery Founder Dave Golding said, “We took inspiration from the simple things in life that we sometimes take for granted, like sharing stories with friends and family around the campfire.
“The Campfire Pale Ale is brewed with generous U.S and Aussie hop additions and wheat malt which creates a well-rounded mouth feel,” Dave continued.
The Mornington Peninsula has long been a tourism hotspot but like many other tourism regions it has been hit hard by the pandemic.
Jetty Road Head Brewer and Co-Founder Blake Bowden said, “The Mornington Peninsula is a tight knit community that is renowned for supporting local businesses. It has been a challenging year to say the least, but in the age old Aussie tradition of helping your neighbour we did it in the best way we know how, making a beer whilst sharing a beer, that everyone can enjoy.
“2020 will one day be a thing of the past, a story told around campfires of how we all came together in a collective time of need,” Blake concluded.

Tasting Notes: A lean malt base creates the perfect blank canvas for generous additions of U.S and Aussie Hops to shine. The addition of wheat malt creates a rounded mouth feel balanced with a delicate bitterness and punch aroma.
