New Brews on tap in Autumn plus beer-friendly food to feast on.
Open Thu-Sun 11am-6pm, with lunch available 12-4pm. Bar snacks at other times.  During May we are featuring our NEW West Coast IPA-No Through Road and our famous Pancho – The Mole Imperial Stout brewed with mexican chillies and chocolate.
Slow cooked meats feature in the burgers and snacks.  The beergarden is still open right through winter with the firepit burning

Our beautiful Red Hill is a Melbourne Metro suburb, so we remain in lockdown.  However we are still here, brewing, taking orders, and delivering to you super fast.  If you want to visit to pickup, please order online and we will have it ready for you. Launch of Imperial Stout

Sat 26th and Sun 27th June 11am – 6pm both days. Free Entry, No Bookings.

We are launching this years Imperial Stout on the Winter’s Solstice in a medieval weekend of brews and barbecue.
Special guests Bigger Than Texas are in residence with the pit smoker to burn the fires all weekend.
Beer tastings, brewery tours, and smoker demos will be happening all weekend.
Ribs and brisket will feed you whilst Imperial Stout will fuel you.
This years Imperial Stout is out in cans, and we launch it on tap at this special event, this beer is the 2021 Gold Medal Winner at the AIBA Beer Awards, best Imperial Stout
We have decades of this brew in the cellar so expect to taste a few vintages over the weekend, with special paddles of dark beers and Imperial Stout vintages on tap.

A unique tasting session will be held in the brewery with Dave Golding with a ticketed vertical tasting Tickets Sat and Sun.

Temptation has lovely light and refreshing aromatics from Golding and Hallertau Hops. This is a classic style of beer known as Belgian Strong Golden Ale, and is beyond tempting.

Smooth and complex with intense flavours and depth, fermentation starts cool and reaches very high temperatures creating a fruity yeast aroma and lots of hops late in the boils creates spicy aromatics. The alcohol content of 8.0% makes this beer dangerous and tempting, and is well hidden with a crisp dry finish, once you’ve started there is no turning back. This beer has a high level of carbonation, a beautiful golden colour and luxuriant big white foamy head.
