This specialty brew is a tribute to our crews of Hop Pickers that join us every season to help pick all the hops on the farm. This year, they contributed to this beer by loading fresh hops straight into this ESB brew. It created a beautiful, malty hoppy ESB after an extended conditioning time.
Next this brew was dry hopped, again, with our own hops, using the Hop Rocket, that was loaded up and pumped another mountain of our hops through this beer lifting the malty ESB to new hoppy heights.
